Returns & Refunds Policy

At Motorolla APX 8000, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality communication products and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with a smooth and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • Your return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as earpieces, microphones, or batteries cannot be returned once opened unless they are found to be defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Clearance or discounted products marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or special-order equipment

Returns Process

  1. Submit a Return Request:
    Contact our support team at sales@motorollaapx8000.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item Back:
    Securely package your product and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  4. Inspection & Processing:
    Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider first, then reach out to us at sales@motorollaapx8000.com for further assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you once the item is verified.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@motorollaapx8000.com.
